LinguoSphère is an AI-powered language speaking practice platform built in Montreal to complement existing training and prepare learners for the conversations they actually need to succeed in.
THE ORIGIN OF LINGUOSPHÈRE
LinguoSphère grew out of Marie Membrado's own journey.
After moving from France to Quebec, Marie experienced first-hand how difficult it can be to turn years of English learning into a real ability to communicate. Conversation and immersion were the turning point for her.
That experience later met her work in teaching French as a second language. Trained at the Université de Montréal and holder of a graduate degree from HEC Montréal in management, entrepreneurship and innovation, she saw the same gap in many adults: real language knowledge, but too few opportunities to use it in authentic situations. LinguoSphère was born from that lived and observed reality.
Understanding a language does not yet guarantee being able to use it when it matters.
A FOUNDING COMPLEMENTARITY
Miguel Membrado joined his daughter Marie as a cofounder after recognising in her vision a problem he had lived through himself. It had taken him years to develop his professional English, until regular conversation allowed him to gain confidence.
Holding a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, former CIO of several prestigious institutions, and a technology entrepreneur, Miguel brings his experience in digital transformation of universities and educational institutions.
Marie carries the founding insight, the market understanding and the pedagogical, commercial and strategic vision. Miguel contributes to the AI strategy and operations.

FOUNDING TEAM
LinguoSphère was built around three complementary expertises: pedagogy and market understanding, artificial intelligence and operations, and the architecture and development of the technology itself.
A certified teacher of French as a second language and a graduate of HEC Montréal (master's degree in management, entrepreneurship and innovation), Marie brings more than ten years of experience in adult language integration and adult education. She leads the pedagogical, commercial and strategic vision of LinguoSphère.
