What LinguoSphère adds to the programme

More speaking-practice time
Each learner can practise between guided sessions, at their own pace, on their priority situations.

Conversations close to real life
Scenarios reflect the workplaces and real situations targeted by the programme.

Individual and flexible use
Access happens in the browser, on a computer or a phone, without a complex install.

A scope defined with you
Objectives, cohorts, scenarios and support are framed based on the programme's context.
What a first deployment looks like
- 01
Define
Audiences, objectives and priority situations for the programme.
- 02
Select or adapt
Existing scenarios or adaptations to the sectors and contexts involved.
- 03
Prepare
Access for learners and onboarding for coordinators.
- 04
Adjust
Collect feedback and adjust the scope as the deployment runs.
Shared, adapted or new scenarios
A programme can draw on ready-made scenarios, adapt certain elements to a sector, or include the creation of new scenarios.
- Existing scenarios from the library
- Adaptation of a scenario to your sector or role
- Creation of new scenarios with subject-matter validation

Individual use by each learner
LinguoSphère is used individually by each learner, even when embedded in a collective programme or when preparing for a group conversation. There is no simultaneous collective use within the same session.

Web access and optional VR
The solution works first in the browser, on a computer or a phone. Virtual reality is optional and used only when it adds real pedagogical value. Headsets are not provided by default, but we can help identify the equipment best suited to your context.
Coordination, support and monitoring available
Depending on the project, we set up support suited to coordinators' roles and to the nature of the programme.
- Initial scoping with the programme team
- Launch support tailored to the scope
- Usage monitoring where available
- End-of-deployment review
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a standard duration or cadence?+
No. Duration, cadence and number of sessions are defined with you based on the programme's objectives and the cohorts involved.
Is an LMS integration or SSO included?+
Not by default. LinguoSphère does not automatically promise LMS integration or SSO. These can be assessed case by case, depending on the technical maturity of the project.
Is virtual reality required to launch a programme?+
No. The solution runs in the browser on a computer or a phone. VR remains optional and is only proposed when it brings real value to the situation being practised.
What is the coordinator's role?+
The coordinator relays the objectives to learners, supports onboarding and shares feedback. We adjust our support to their workload and level of involvement.
Can we get detailed usage reports?+
Usage monitoring is available based on the product's capabilities at the time of deployment. We do not announce reports that are not yet delivered and clarify what is available from the scoping phase.
