LinguoSphère limits the data collected to what the experience requires and relies on professional providers with recognised security controls. Data sent to our AI providers is not used to train their models by default. Storage, processing and retention arrangements depend on the architecture and services configured.

What does an initial deployment involve?
We start by clarifying the learners involved, the priority communication situations and the programme context. We then define the scenarios, access and level of support required. Scope and responsibilities are confirmed before launch.
Is virtual reality required?
No. LinguoSphère can be used in a browser on a computer or on a phone. Virtual reality is an option offered when spatial immersion genuinely adds value to the situation being practised.
When can virtual reality be useful?
VR can be useful when the environment, objects, distance between speakers or pressure of the situation directly affect communication. Its use is discussed based on objectives, context and available equipment. LinguoSphère does not automatically provide headsets, but we can help you source those best suited to your needs (quality/price value).
Can we use or create scenarios tailored to our programme?
Yes. A project can use existing scenarios, adapt certain elements to your context or include the creation of new scenarios. The scope depends on the learning objectives, sector and level of customisation required.
